The Bendigo Health Foundation exists to create and nurture philanthropic partnerships between Bendigo Health and the community.
Monies raised through the Bendigo Health Foundation will fund clinical research, specialist medical equipment, nursing scholarships and projects aimed at improving patient care.
Between the Bendigo Health Foundation staff and the Board of Management, the local community can expect to see a greater presence, more opportunities to support Bendigo Health and board members encouraging members of the community to take ownership of and give support to Bendigo Health.
A donation towards the Bendigo Health Foundation will help improve and expand health services for the people of the Loddon Mallee region.

Bendigo Bank Fun Run 2012
The Bendigo Bank Fun Run is a fundraising event for the medical ward at Bendigo Health. The medical ward provides a wide range of services to more than 3500 patients a year. Generally, patients found on the ward are those suffering from stroke, cancer, breathing, diabetes, kidney and heart conditions.

What is Workplace Giving?
Workplace Giving is a simple and effective process of making regular donations towards the Bendigo Health Foundation through your payroll system.
By contributing to a workplace giving pre-tax program, the member receives the benefit of an immediate tax deduction from their fortnightly wage. The donation helps improve services to our patients, whilst at the same time gives discounts to donors from local business. .
