Under Victorian state legislation, donations over $2 are tax-deductible.

Tax receipts will not be issued when anything is given in return e.g. raffle tickets, admission tickets, auction items, and merchandise are not eligible for a tax receipt.

Bendigo Health Foundation cannot issue tax receipts for donated services, e.g. marquee set-up, entertainment etc.
